Thanks to Edison Cavani, PSG came off with a cross, through 2-2, in “Le Classique” against Marseille. Despite being backed up and that Neymar, who is in a noticeable conflict with just Cavani, showed in the 85th minute, the Uruguayan could sign in the third stop time and thus keep the loss of the year intact.
Everything points to the fact that PSG is going to calm home Ligue 1 in peace and quiet, albeit dominant style. Thumbs down to the chasing competitors is certainly not excessive yet, but should be increased. Will be ridiculous for the championship club to lose matches in this competition, with this squad.
Like Neymar, Thiago Motta is unlikely. Dani Alves and Thomas Meunier are reported to be unsafe for play.
And Nice – yes, what are they doing? A Europa League match included they are as powerless when four losses come in succession. The team has shown an apparent lack of character in the matches and their incision on a stick per match keeps them “wrong” – based on their self-image table half. After all, they played home a European site last year …
After missing the last match, Mario Balotelli appears to be in the starting quiz, while Wesley Sneijder should again hold a starting point. Good message for Nice!
Excessive reaction
As soon as Neymar was shown to Marseille, the odds on PSG went up to this battleground – maybe a bit too much, we mean firmly. Suppose there is value to count here, without discussion.
Particularly at home, PSG has been completely dominant. All six matches of the year, five in the series and one in CL, have been won with at least two bales and in that row there is a 3-0 victory over Bayern Munich.
It is clear that brassens will not be affected, but in the future there is a great class. Perhaps just positive to get some rest in terms of coming up in the Champions League. Julian Draxler is not a replacement in top trion either …
Nice is the definition of ice cold. The criticism is thrown against the players and the leaders, with all right. Four straight losses and ten sticks on ten matches are of course not acceptable – and the worst of the jaws came the last time; 1-2 loss home against Strasbourg.
This should still end in a comfortable three for the series members?
