Real Betis – Real Madrid (18.02.2018)

A questioned Real Madrid took a PSG on Wednesday and it all ended with a 3-1 win to Real Madrid. Given the urgency of the white marbles during the season, it was clearly an impressive result from their side. The Champions League is after all their tournament, and it was clearly proven on Wednesday.
There is apparently still a proper height in the Real Madrid camp, and when the seriousness of the moment breaks in, they grow up with the task. Now, however, the league game is in focus again, and we ask ourselves whether we will witness the same football team – as of Wednesday – this Sunday. We are not completely convinced of this. The league title has long since been forgotten, and Real Madrid is probably preparing to prepare for the crucial meeting against PSG.
That match will only be played in less than three weeks, but the feeling says Zidane will not face any risks in the future. The whole season depends on the PSG match, and it would be very unnecessary to go on any unnecessary damage, in the meetings with Real Betis, Alaves or Espanyol.
It is clear that Kroos misses the Sunday fight because of damage. He is expected to be back for the PSG match. Marcelo is another player who will most likely be outside the starting line, and possibly also Modric and Benzema. The fact should open up a little bit of Real Betis opportunities here this Sunday.

Real Betis has already defeated Real Madrid this season. That win also came to Santiago Bernabeu, in a match that ended 0-1 after a very late decision by Betis side. On Sunday you will join Estadio Benito Villamarín, a place Real Betis won half of their matches this season. At the same time they have only been noted for four defeats here.
Real Betis has also reinforced the defensive by Bartra’s acquisition in January. Looking closer to the whole squad, we find a number of interesting players, Guardado, Joaquin, Guerrero, Javi Garcia and Tello. In other words, there is quality in the home store.
In fact, Real Betis is coming in to face Real Madrid with two straight wins in the luggage. It certainly contributes with confidence, and we are therefore not sure that Real Madrid defeats Real Betis on Sunday. It’s a bit tough to switch from PSG and the Champions League to Real Betis and the league game again.

PREDICTION: Real Madrid win @ 1.46
